Technical Scope of Work & Field Specifications
Foundation stability is the backbone of any 25-year solar power asset. MACI mobilized its owned fleet of tractor-mounted high-torque auger rigs to execute thousands of reinforced concrete foundation piles across sandy and semi-rocky terrain.
KEY TECHNICAL DELIVERABLES:
• Geotechnical borehole depth verification and verticality alignment checks on every single pile.
• High-speed drilling of 250mm to 400mm diameter boreholes using heavy-duty tractor augers.
• Lowering of MMS stub columns / GI posts with laser-level elevation control.
• Pouring of M25/M30 design-mix concrete using Flori mixers and mechanical vibrators to eliminate air voids.
• Pull-out load testing and cube compressive strength validation as per IS standards.
