KEY TECHNICAL DELIVERABLES:
• Safe unloading, staging, and bar-code scanning of PV module pallets using tractor trolleys.
• Mounting of modules with stainless-steel (SS-304) fasteners, spring washers, and EPDM rubber pads.
• Calibrated torque wrench tightening (14–16 Nm) with paint-mark quality verification on every bolt.
• Copper earthing lug and braided jumper installation between adjacent modules and purlins.
• Complete HSE compliance with safety helmets, reflective vests, insulated gloves, and daily toolbox talks.
